Around 80,000 dairy farmers, cheesemakers, and buyers from about 30-40 countries. The same week in the Wisconsin Book Festival (http://www.wisconsinbookfestival.org/about/index.php?category_id=4243) so it is kind of a “two-fer” in Wisconsin parlance.
