Just so you know, in case you didn’t, the World Dairy Expo happens in Madison, WI during the first week of October. Around 80,000 dairy farmers, cheesemakers, and buyers from about 30-40 countries. The same week in the Wisconsin Book Festival (http://www.wisconsinbookfestival.org/about/index.php?category_id=4243) so it is kind of a “two-fer” in Wisconsin parlance.
