They make Depends for cheese?
When Angelo & Franco first started making Mozzarella here in Southern California I would purchase a case and sell them at the farmer’s market in Pacific Palisades. They didn’t even have lids until I suggested it… they would get a little warm, well up and burst. I convinced Angelo to put a lid on it… Americans rarely eat two balls of Mozza at a sitting! 🙂
