totally. i’d go to sicily just to try this stuff…and they make something similar in germany, right? except it’s aged and shaped into cylinders or something…? cool!
I say no now but I think if I was in the situation I would HAVE to try it. It may require lots of wine afterward though!
Absolutely-gotta be a bunch of protein in them bugs. Cheese looks good.
