If my book had come out in 2009 like originally planned I would have done a whole Texas tour around the American Cheese Society conference. Alas, I can’t see it happening any time soon. My girlfriend and I have just started discussing a road trip through Texas (She’s from Lubbock) in 2011 sometime, but not a book tour.
